About Fari Care

Since our launch in 2009 our aim at Fari Care Ltd has always been to help people with complex and diverse needs live more independent and enriching lives. We therefore offer a person-centred service that fully engages those who use our services in their planning and delivery.

As a result we have developed a reputation for quality specialist services delivered by a highly trained care team with the expertise needed to help people achieve their fullest potential, whatever the nature of their need.


Fari Care Structure

Kashif Ahmad / Managing Director

Kashif has had a long and distinguished business career in social care profession, successfully running four care homes in London as a managing director. Kashif also has practical experience in social care field by managing care homes on day to day basis and achieving all relevant qualifications such as NVQ level 4 in both management and care.

Clinical Advisory Board

Dr Colin Forbes / MBChB MRCPsych

Dr Forbes has over 10 years of experience in medicine and psychiatry. He was associate medical director for the Learning Disabilities service of a large independent mental health services provider. He advices on recruitment of clinical staff and developing successful clinical teams. He provides advice on regulatory compliance and liaison with primary and secondary care services.

Dr Andres Fonseca / LMS MSc MRCPsych

Dr Fonseca has 15 years of experience in psychiatry and until recently medical director for one of the largest independent mental health service providers in England and Wales. He provides advice on recruitment, performance management, retention, training, clinical policies, confidentiality, quality assurance, information technology and clinical governance. He also provides internal audits of our service at regular intervals.

Dr Russell Green / MBChB MRCPsych

Dr Green has over 10 years' experience across a variety of settings in psychiatry including rehabilitation, acute, psychiatric intensive care and forensic services. he has experience of various service models having worked for the NHS, independent sector and charitable organisations. Until recently he was associate medical director of a large independent mental health provider. He advises on policies around risk and untoward incidents, clinical model development and mental health law. He also advices on identifying areas of clinical need and developing solutions.
